We are proud to be part to the Architecture Yearbook 2018 with two projects this year. The editors chose to publish Singer Laren as an example of privately funded cultural projects and Scarwafa as an example of bottom up collective housing development.
The editorial team of the Yearbook stressed the awkward position of architecture in the Netherlands at this moment. On one hand an optimistic note due to the extreme push in urban development, on the other hand a loss of the lessons learned in last decade's crisis years.
